Zoals ook blijkt uit de fasering van de kapconstructies heeft men eerst het hoofdkoor en het Mariakoor hersteld en geruime tijd later het transept, waarna de rest van het schip volgde. Het Mariakoor werd versmald ten gunste van het driebeukige koor en opnieuw gewijd (1462).
